Booking Policies

  • We will need a valid credit card number (Visa or Mastercard), ¬†expiration date and CVV number to reserve a room.
  • The exact date of stay.
  • Room type you would require.
  • Your name as it appears on your credit card.

Please note that reservations will not be made without valid credit card details.
We do not charge anything on your credit card at the time of reservation, we just hold the credit card numbers as a guarantee. If you do not show up and do not give us a 48 hours cancellation notice prior the arrival date, we will charge your credit card one night room and tax. We accept Master Card and Visa cards.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid a charge of 1 night room and tax to your credit card. Except where noted otherwise. During holidays and special events cancellations must be 72 hours prior to your arrival date. We will apply this charge to any future stay at our hotel (you must stay at Hotel Ambassador for at least 2 nights within 6 months of original cancellation).
